Description

Villa Donna Luisa will surprise you with the absolutely breathtaking views you can enjoy from its large terraces. This Villa is BRAND NEW, really unique and stunning, featuring a great position facing the warm sun and the crystal-clear sea, with a privileged view over the main centre of Amalfi. Staying at Villa Luisa is a dream come true for an unforgettable holiday. Nearby the Villa there is a panoramic swimming pool, groceries, bars and restaurants, walking through this Amalfi neighborhood is amazing. The Villa also has a shuttle service to a nearby restaurant where you can taste delicious local food. You'll have a dedicated staff who is always ready on demand.
This beautiful luxury and very high-quality villa overlooks the blue sea of Amalfi. It's made up of 4 independent units and in total it has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, a big terrace on the rooftop; it can comfortably accommodate 8 people (and up to 14 people) and is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning and heating, kitchens with oven and dishwashers, ovens, freezers, coffee makers, dishes, pots and everything you need to cook delicious typical dishes of the Amalfi Coast which can be enjoyed on the large kitchens or on the panoramic rooftop terrace.

Guests are expected to leave the rooms in a reasonable state of cleanliness and order.

CONNECTIONS AMONG THE 4 UNITS:
The Apartment Zaffiro and the Room Oro can be joined together and guests can move between the two units thanks to an inner door on through the terraces.
The Apartment Smeraldo and the Apartment Diamante can be joined together and guests can move between the two units thanks to an inner door.

MANDATORY SUPPLEMENTS:
According to Amalfi Municipality laws, the Tourist tax has to be paid in cash at the arrival: € 3 per person per day.
Check-in fee: € 20.

Kitchenettes use in the 3 units Oro, Smeraldo, Diamante: 50 Euro per day
Garage: 40 Euro per day per standard car
Garage: 50 Euro per day per big car
Arrival before 15 (if possible): € 30
Arrival between 17 and 19 (from June to August): € 20

Arrival between 19 and 21 (from September to May): € 60
Arrival after 21: 30 Euro more per additional hour.
Arrivals in the paid hours must be always agreed in advance.
