This unique residence combines the authentic charm of history with modern comforts, just a 15 minute walk from the vibrant Piazza Duomo and the golden beaches of the coast. Upon entering, you're immediately captivated by the beauty of the small living area, where your gaze is captivated by a stunning 18th-century frescoed ceiling that tells stories of times gone by. The home then welcomes its guests into a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, designed for convivial moments. The sleeping area consists of two large, bright bedrooms, conceived as true oases of relaxation.
